![]() ![]() She lived her life the way she wanted and was never afraid to speak her mind. She was the go-to person when anyone wanted or needed extra prayers for anything. Not a day went by without her praying for family and friends. ![]() She was a woman of great faith who never hesitated to share the Word of God with others. She enjoyed working outdoors in her yard and playing games on her laptop. She then worked as a stay at home mom raising her 3 children. Dunn, in October of 1964 who preceded her in death in 2014.Ĭarole worked as a secretary up until her first child was born. She was a graduate of Scranton Central High School Class of 1960. ![]() Carole was born on Septemin Long Branch, NJ to the late Lawrence and Lillian Kramos. A Memorial Service will be announced and held in the future.Ĭarole Dunn (Ma Dunn), 80, of Scranton, PA passed away serenely at home Jwith family by her side and listening to her favorite piano music by Giovanni. Surviving are two daughters Melanie Kakareka, Feasterville, and Abigail Stofko and husband John, Duck Key, FL., three sisters Judy McLane, Scranton, Marilyn Kunka and husband Thomas Niederberger and Joanne Fagan and husband John, all of Pittsburgh, and a brother Kevin Kakareka, Scranton, and his former wife Gail Kakareka, nieces and nephews. In his younger years he traveled to Colorado and Texas before returning home. Wayne was an avid outdoorsman throughout his life, hunting, fishing, and in his youth, trapping. He was a graduate of North Pocono High School and was employed as a carpenter with the Greater Pennsylvania Regional Council of the Carpenters Union, Local 645. Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Alexander Stanley and Alice J. Kakareka, 63, a resident of Madison Township, died Wednesday morning in Hospice of The Sacred Heart, Dunmore. ![]()
